It includes two micro metal gearmotors coupled to a pair of silicone tracks, a stainless steel bulldozer-style blade, an array of six infrared reflectance sensors for line following or edge detection, a buzzer for simple sounds and music, and a 3-axis accelerometer, magnetometer, and gyro for detecting impacts and tracking orientation. Just add 4 AA batteries and an Arduino (or compatible controller) and you are ready to push! No soldering or assembly is required.

Empower your Romi robot to manipulate its surroundings with this robotic arm accessory kit! The kit contains everything you need to build the arm, including a micro gripper and three servos—one for controlling the height of the arm, one for controlling the tilt of the gripper, and one for actuating the gripper paddles themselves. All three servos are specially modified to provide access to their feedback potentiometers, enabling higher-level closed-loop control of all three joints.

This small gripper uses a rack and pinion design with a servo-driven pinion and opposing racks to keep the gripper paddles synchronized and parallel to each other throughout its 32 mm range of motion. It includes a special micro servo with an additional wire that gives access to its feedback potentiometer, so you can track the actual position of the gripper paddles. This product is a kit, and assembly is required.
